Odyssey Parenting Your Teen - programmes for parents of teenagers

Good afternoon

I hope you are well. Parenting Focus is currently promoting an evidence based programme entitled Odyssey Parenting Your Teen, which may be of interest to employees in a parenting role. The programme aims to improve the relationship between parent and teenager, whilst supporting parents to navigate their way through raising an adolescent. The programme consists of 8 modules covering themes such as teen development, parenting styles, problem solving, self esteem, rules and boundaries, risk taking behaviour, etc. We have been funded to by PHA to deliver the programme across the region:

 

For parents living within the Southern Trust

Programme commences via zoom on Tuesday 28th January 2025 from 7-9pm x 8 weeks

 

For parents living within the Belfast Trust

Programme commences via zoom on Wednesday 29th January 2025 from 7-9pm x 8 weeks

 

For parents living within the Northern Trust

Programme commences via zoom on Monday 3rd February 2025 from 7-9pm x 8 weeks

 

For parents living within the Western Trust

Programme commences via zoom on Wednesday 5th February 2025 from 7-9pm x 8 weeks

 

For parents living within the South Eastern Trust

Programme commences via zoom on Thursday 6th February 2025 from 7-9pm x 8 weeks
