On Sunday 10th October Inspire launched #TheWellbeingSessions2 following on from the resounding success of last year.Throughout World Mental Health Day, Inspire championed positive, hopeful mental health, focusing on the 5 Steps to Wellbeing and hosted conversations to break the stigma around mental ill health.For those that weren't able to make it check out below links to the videos on their youtube channel.
