On Sunday 10th October Inspire launched #TheWellbeingSessions2 following on from the resounding success of last year.

Throughout World Mental Health Day, Inspire championed positive, hopeful mental health, focusing on the 5 Steps to Wellbeing and hosted conversations to break the stigma around mental ill health.
