Mental Health

International Stress Awareness Week takes place this year from the 01 – 05 November.

Established in 2018, this major event raises awareness of the impact stress has on our mental health and aims to educate people on the importance of stress prevention. With the COVID-19 pandemics extra strain to people’s day to day lives, it has never been more important to recognise and learn how to cope better.
