Tai Chi for Health - 4 week sessions

Improve your health and wellness through the Tai Chi for Health staff programme. Tai Chi is a low impact and safe form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels.

Help develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow and fluid movements that can help promote relaxation and reduce stress.

No Tai Chi experience necessary. Ideal for beginners and those with that have some Tai Chi experience.

· Tuesday 01 June 2021 4.30-5.15pm

· Tuesday 08 June 2021 4.30-5.15pm

· Tuesday 15 June 2021 4.30-5.15pm
