Health & Wellbeing Project Manager and Champions Committee Member, Aoifé O'Neill, said:

“The cost-of-living crisis has seen the demand on local food banks continue to grow at an alarming rate and the range of families who now need to avail of this provision is expanding. Between 1 April and 30 September 2022, 13,400 food parcels were distributed to Children throughout NI. We are keen to enable our staff in schools and services who are able, to make a difference at a time when we are aware of the struggles of young people and their families.”

All donated items will be distributed in your local area. We look forward to updating you on the difference you will make to children, young people, and their families within our communities.

If you are unable to attend the available donation points you can still get involved by accessing information on your local food bank and how to help or donate in other ways by visiting https://www.trusselltrust.org/
