Cajun chicken wrap

If you like a spicier filling, add a pinch of chilli or a dash of tabasco to the tomato mixture for an extra Cajun kick!

 

Ingredients (Serves 1)

For the wrap:

  • 1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon low fat mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 fresh basil leaf

 

For after:

  • 2 small satsumas
 What you will need
  • Cutlery
  • Mixing bowl
 

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the wrap in a bowl. Simply spread the mixture onto your wrap and enjoy warm or cold.
  2. Finish off with tangy satsumas or similar sized fruit such as plums.

 

Serving suggestions
