The fruit used in this recipe makes it a super sweet snack without the need for added sugar. This snack is quick and easy to make so why not get the kids involved and let them have a go at making it for themselves.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 pot of low-fat natural yoghurt (125g / 4½oz.)
- 1 serving of trail mix (30g / 1oz.)
- ½ apple, chopped into small bite-size pieces
What you will need

- Wooden spoon
Method
- For a quick healthy snack between meals, place the apple and trail mix and pour the low-fat yoghurt on top.
Serving suggestions
