Crunchy Blueberry Yoghurt

Pre-made fruit yoghurts can be expensive and high in added sugar. Why not make your own fruit yoghurt using natural yoghurt and your favourite fruit?

What you will need

  • Mixing bowl

If blueberries aren’t your thing, you could also try raspberries, strawberries or blackberries; fresh, frozen or canned in their own juices.

Ingredients

  • 125g / 4½ oz. pot of low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of muesli

Method

  1. Mix everything together and eat immediately.
