This session will focus on the importance of physical activity and the role it plays in cancer prevention.

Obesity is the second biggest cause of cancer after smoking and unfortunately it is becoming much more prevalent in today’s society.

We will be joined by Anthony from Cancer Focus NI who will provide us with a live webinar via MS Teams on Thursday 14 January 2021 @ 4pm

 

This session will cover:

 

• The recommended levels of physical activity

• What the different levels of physical activity are

• The various benefits of partaking in physical activity

• Possible barriers to exercise

• Motivation to be more active
